John Hefti is a local singer / Songwriter / musician from The Woodlands, Texas. With a passion for rock and roll, he started his musical journey in the early 1970s with a resurgence in 2021 after 40 years as a Geophysicist in Oil Exploration.

 

John's music is inspired by his life experiences of visiting 48 countries and growing up in NY with rock legend influences of Hendrix, Santana, Frank Zappa, Clapton, The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, and Neil Young.

 

He has performed extensively across eastern Texas and has even made appearances in Wyoming, Spain & Private events on Cruises. When he is not making music, John loves to spend time with his family, friends and his dog Tycho.
